Forte3D Return Policy

You’re going to love your new instrument! However, if for any reason you wish to return it, Forte3D offers a 45-day full refund policy. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the instrument via FedEx with insurance coverage for the full value of the instrument, the same way it was shipped to you.

Please note that any instruments sold as blemished or with a painted top/back are non-returnable. All returns must have an RMA number to be accepted. To request an RMA, please email us at contact@forte3d.com
