Forte3D Return Policy

You’re going to love your new instrument! However, if for any reason you wish to return it, Forte3D offers a 45-day return policy. The customer is responsible for the return shipping via FedEx with insurance coverage for the full purchase price of the instrument. Returned instruments must be received in the original packaging and in like-new condition. Refunds may be reduced for damage or missing items.

Please note that any instruments sold as blemished or with a painted top/back are non-returnable. All returns must have an RMA number to be accepted. To request an RMA, please email us at contact@forte3d.com
