Forte3D Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a phone or video consultation to help ensure your instrument is properly set up and adjusted. We can also offer assistance in altering the sound / set-up to your personal preference. Requests for returns will not be granted until we have had a chance to assist you in this way, within 45 days of delivery. Contact us at contact@forte3d.com to learn more.
How to Return an Item
If our phone or video consultation did not help to improve your experience with your instrument, we can issue an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number to enable your return. Any products mailed without a proper RMA will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. Please do not send your purchase back to the ‘sender address’, as we will provide the proper address.
Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and should insure the item against damage in transit for its full retail value, and provide a tracking number. Returned items must be in the original packaging and condition, showing no signs of wear or abuse, and with all accessory materials. Refunds are issued to your original form of payment only.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery.
